Orders

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

Maison Karya reserves the right to:

  • Limit quantities per customer
  • Reject suspicious or fraudulent transactions

Pricing

All prices are listed in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD).

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify pricing without prior notice
  • Correct any pricing or typographical errors
  • Product Nature & Acceptance

By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

  • All products are food items
  • All sales are final
  • No returns or refunds apply

Delivery

Deliveries are fulfilled via SF Express or equivalent partners.

Maison Karya shall not be held liable for:

  • Delivery delays
  • External disruptions
  • Force majeure events

Intellectual Property

All website content is the exclusive property of Maison Karya.

Any reproduction or use without prior consent is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maison Karya shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

Governing Law
