Shipping Policy – Hong Kong Exclusive Delivery

At Maison Karya, each order is prepared with the utmost care to ensure a refined and seamless delivery experience.

Delivery Territory

Maison Karya currently delivers exclusively within Hong Kong SAR, including:

  • Hong Kong Island
  • Kowloon
  • New Territories

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Restricted & Non-Serviceable Areas

In alignment with local logistics constraints, delivery is not available to the following areas:

  • Frontier Closed Area (including Lo Wu, Sha Tau Kok, Man Kam To)
  • Mai Po Marshes and restricted wetland zones
  • Outlying islands not covered by SF Express (including but not limited to Cheung Chau, Lamma Island, Peng Chau where direct courier access is limited)
  • Construction sites, warehouses, container terminals
  • Remote rural locations with no direct courier access
  • Any address deemed inaccessible or unsafe by SF Express

Maison Karya reserves the right to refuse or cancel delivery to any location that falls outside serviceable coverage.

Remote Areas & Surcharges

Certain locations are classified as remote delivery zones and may incur additional charges imposed by SF Express.

These may include (but are not limited to):

  • Discovery Bay
  • Tung Chung
  • Sai Kung
  • Ma Wan
  • Park Island

Any applicable surcharge will be communicated where possible or borne by the customer.

Shipping Fees

  • Complimentary delivery on orders of HK$500 or above
  • HK$50 delivery fee for orders below HK$500

Order Processing & Delivery Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

Estimated delivery timeframe:

2–5 business days

Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to operational or external factors.

Typhoon & Severe Weather Policy

For safety and operational integrity, deliveries will be suspended under the following conditions:

  • Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above
  • Black Rainstorm Warning

Orders affected will be rescheduled once conditions allow.

Such delays shall not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.

Delivery Completion & Liability

Delivery is considered completed once the order has been delivered to the designated address.

Maison Karya shall not be liable for:

  • Failed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address
  • Recipient absence
  • Delays caused by courier services or weather conditions
